MAF Fleet of Airplanes

About

Airplane Models

These are the most common planes in the MAF-US fleet:

The Cessna 206

The Cessna 206 is the backbone of the MAF fleet. This nimble aircraft can take off and land from short, rugged airstrips, allowing MAF to support those that no one else can reach. The Cessna 206 has a piston engine and runs on avgas. It can seat up to six people or carry around 700 pounds of cargo.

The Cessna 208 Caravan

The Cessna 208 Caravan is a real workhorse, capable of carrying 10 people or more than a ton of cargo! It is reliable and very efficient to operate. MAF has 27 Caravans in operation around the world. Eleven of these are in the programs operated by MAF-US.

The KODIAK

The KODIAK is the newest addition to the MAF fleet. This remarkable plane can use the same short, challenging airstrips as the Cessna 206 while transporting twice the cargo! The KODIAK runs on jet fuel, allowing it to operate in places were avgas is difficult to come by.
