Beth keeps busy at home with their 3 boys and enjoys the role of supporting Paul as he flies. She also has opportunities to build relationships with nationals, and enjoys being an encouragement to families supported by MAF's ministry. The Colleges chose Hebrews 10:23-24 as a significant passage as they began their ministry with MAF. "Let us hold unswerving to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds."

Born and raised in St. Paul, MN, Paul grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ at a young age. His relationship with the Lord became strong during high school as he participated in summer mission trips with Teen Missions International. Paul's love of other peoples and cultures grew out of those trips.

Paul attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, and then Moody Aviation in Elizabethton, TN. He earned his B.S. in Aviation Technologies. He also holds a commercial-multi-CFII rating.

Beth was born and raised in Souderton, PA. Her parents and grandparents demonstrated a life honoring to Christ, and Beth accepted Him as her Savior at a young age. Through her experience in youth group, she was challenged to take her Christian life to a deeper level,  and in high school and college she became grounded in her faith, desiring to know Jesus in a deeper, real way.  Beth's understanding of missions grew through mission conferences at her church, mission trips throughout high school, and working with inner city kids. After a mission trip to the Ukraine, Beth began to see missions as a big part of her life.

Beth also attended Moody Bible Institute, earning her B.A. in International Ministries.  Paul and Beth met during their freshman year at Moody Bible Institute and were married in the fall of 1999.

Beth shares, II Peter 1:3-4 encourages me because it gives me the hope that God has already provided me with what I need for godliness - to strive toward holiness!"
