Bio
Jeremy was born in Rochester, New York, and his family lived there until he was 10 when they moved to a small town near Ithaca. The support and nurture of a Christian family was instrumental in Jeremy’s life and helped him to grow in his faith in Christ. Jeremy attended Malone College in Canton, Ohio where he earned a degree in Communication Arts. For the last several years, he has worked in the healthcare field as a medical coder. Jodie was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Growing up in a Christian home, she came to know the Lord as a child and developed a desire to see God known throughout the world through various short term mission trips during high school. Jodie and Jeremy met at a Christian leadership training program in Ocean City sponsored by the Coalition for Christian Outreach. They were married after Jodie graduated from Messiah College. Jodie then spent several years teaching at Lancaster Mennonite School until she decided to stay at home with their 3 children full-time. In September 2006, just as their youngest son was turning one, she accepted a part-time position as a preschool teacher. It was through the prayerletters of a friend, who was a pilot with MAF, that the Richardsons learned about this ministry. Jeremy and Jodie are excited about supporting the ministry of MAF and other agencies in Shell, Ecuador. Whether at home, at The Nate Saint Memorial School, in the community, or helping out at the hangar; they desire to make God’s name great in everything they do. The Richardsons look forward to living, working, interacting, and worshipping with the Ecuadorian people and expatriates, but look forward even more to a time when people from “every nation tribe, people and language” will worship God together (Revelation 7:9). To fund the worldwide ministry of MAF, God is faithful in providing generous ministry support from His caring people. He has called the men and women of MAF to serve Him in a unique way. He is also calling people like you to play a special role in the ministry of MAF around the world. You are invited to become a ministry partner with Jodie & Jeremy in this strategic ministry. Please prayerfully consider involvement with them through prayer and/or financial support. |

Jeremy & Jodie Richardson

The
Richardsons - Jeremy, Jodie, Shea (7), Micah (6), Jadyn (3), and Luke
(1) are short-term missionaries with Mission Aviation Fellowship in
Shell, Ecuador, where Jodie will be teaching at The Nate Saint Memorial
School. As they prepare for this new venture in ministry, Jeremy
shares, “Psalm 67 reminds us that God has blessed us richly so that we
can share his blessings with others, helping to make His name great
throughout the world. We are thankful that God allows us to partner
with him in making himself known by all people.”
