Learning Technologies Opportunities
Mission Aviation Fellowship Learning Technologies (MAF-LT) equips indigenous Christians, whether educated or illiterate, to carry out Jesus’ Great Commission using tools and methods adapted to their own cultural context…and unimagined just a few short years ago.
MAF-LT enhances the effectiveness and impact of its ministry partners with increasingly user-friendly apps, platforms, systems, processes, ministry aides, user documentation, and user support. Through highly-specialized consulting on the most appropriate and effective technology, the aim of MAF-LT is to train local indigenous groups in replicating for themselves the skills they learn, including the creation of new materials.

Professional Qualifications
All Member staff must meet the member qualifications listed on the right, as well as professional qualifications. Couples applying to MAF must individually meet the member qualifications.
Our team is made of people who are collaborative, able to consult and manage projects.
Education Team
You may qualify if you have training or experience related to the following:
- Instructional Design
- Teacher
- Trainer
- Educational technology support specialist
- Educational consultant
- Curriculum development
Technology Team
You may qualify if you have training or experience related to the following:
- Software Engineer
- Web Developer
- System Administrator
- Librarian
- Application Support Specialist
- Software Tester

Qualifications
MAF Member Qualifications:
- Committed relationship with Jesus Christ
- Desire to serve cross-culturally
- 12 hours college-level Bible courses, or equivalent
- Does not apply to short term associate candidates
- Agreement with the MAF Doctrinal Statement
- Active involvement in a local church
- Team player with a servant heart
- Good physical and emotional health
- Financial health – workable debt encumbrance
- Willingness to raise prayer and financial support
- Affirmation of spiritual maturity by others
