Joel and Kiley Driscoll

Joel and Kiley are thrilled to be playing a role in the spreading of the Gospel to the farthest reaches of the world by serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship. As a pilot/mechanic, Joel will use his skills as an aviator to share the hope of Jesus with people who need to hear about His love. Kiley is excited to continue her role as a mom and support the family, while contributing to the ministry in other ways like writing and administrative tasks.

Joel was born in California but was raised in Japan where his parents are missionaries. From a young age, he was impacted by his parents’ passion for sharing the gospel and felt a strong calling from the Lord to be involved with overseas ministry someday. It wasn’t until high school that he was exposed to the world of missionary aviation, and knew that God could use his passion for flying and his desire to tell people about Jesus by being a missionary pilot. He graduated with a degree in Missionary Aviation Technology from Moody Bible Institute in 2019.

Kiley grew up in Chico, CA, and was led to the Lord by her parents when she was a child. As she grew up, she went on many missions trips with her church to places like Guatemala, Mexico, and Costa Rica to serve in a variety of ministries. She committed her life to full-time missions at an Urbana conference. Kiley joined Joel at Moody Bible Institute and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

During furlough, when Joel was 10 years old, his family moved across the street from Kiley’s family in Chico, CA. They had a great friendship through jr. high and high school, serving and spending time with their friends at church. It wasn’t until Joel started college that they became more than friends, and they were married two years later in the summer of 2015. They added Carson to the family in 2018.

The Driscoll Team is excited to serve the Lord through MAF and are eager to share His love with those around the world.
