Aaron Geddes

Aaron is excited to be serving God’s Kingdom with Mission Aviation Fellowship. He will use his skills as a pilot specialist to serve the needs of others in providing vital transportation to isolated parts of the world, specifically in Haiti. His family has close ties with Haiti developed over many years of ministry, and he is excited to continue in that work.

Aaron was born and raised in the Minneapolis area of Minnesota. God showed mercy to him, as he was born into a Christian family with a strong focus on sharing Christ’s love with people around the world. Aaron’s parents and church strongly encouraged him to spend time on various mission trips in high school and college, including several visits to Haiti to work in medical and agricultural missions.

Desiring to be a friend to the friendless, Aaron spent his first career in public service, which gave him the opportunity to develop a further love for people lost and needing redemption. Searching for something more to do for God’s kingdom, he started flying in 2019 and the next year completed a commercial pilot and instructor certification.

The story of an MAF founder, Betty Greene, inspired Aaron to use his God-given skills for mission aviation. With a strong desire to multiply God’s Kingdom and obey His commands, Aaron looks forward to serving God wherever He may lead. To God be the glory, great things He has done.

God calls the men and women of MAF to serve Him in unique ways.  He may also be calling you to a special role in Aaron’s ministry.  Please prayerfully consider becoming a ministry partner with him through prayer and/or financial support.
