Landen and Courtney Kelly

Landen and Courtney Kelly are overjoyed to be preparing to depart for Papua New Guinea in late August. Upon arriving in the highlands, Courtney will be teaching, while Landen captures and shares stories from the MAF mission field.

From a young age, Landen watched Christ work through his family as they impacted their local community. Landen asked Christ to be the center of his life at the age of six. Since this decision, Landen’s passion to love and serve those around him has continued to flourish. He recently graduated with a BA in Media Arts Journalism from Boise State University. Landen is eager to pursue his life’s calling of bringing a voice to the isolated communities of Papua New Guinea.

Courtney was born and raised on the mission field where she lived in Micronesia, West Africa, and South America. From a young age, she hoped to return to the mission field to help meet the needs of children in remote places of the world. Courtney received her BA in Elementary Education from Northwest Nazarene University in 2017. Since graduation, Courtney has worked to bring the same level of love and understanding to her classroom that she learned from her teachers on the mission field.

Landen and Courtney met in school, where they later started to date and fell in love. The Kellys got married in a chapel along the river with their friends and family in June of 2014. They are excited to be used in bringing help, hope, and healing through Christ in Papua New Guinea.
