Password Reset

Uh-oh!

Your password isn’t working or has been lost. Would you like to reset your password?

In order to reset your password, you will want to have your manager or another user who is able to log into the I.T. Support portal, go the password reset request form in the I.T. Support portal, and submit a request on your behalf. You may want to direct them to this page.

Using this method will allow I.T. Support to verify that:

  • You are who you say you are
  • That you are in need of assistance

On the password request form, there is a field for ‘raise this request on behalf of.’  The ticket submitter should put the email address of the account that needs to have the password reset in that field, and then select the person who the request concerns.

In the ‘account name’ field, the submitter should put the email address (again) that needs to have the password reset.

You can have the ticket submitter add additional information in the ‘How can we contact you?’ field so that I.T. support can contact you and assist in a timely manner.
