Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, January 26
    Pray for Mozambique as the country slowly recovers from a cyclone that caused flooding, knocked out power lines, and destroyed roads and railroads.
  • Tuesday, January 27
    Please lift up MAF’s accounting and finance staff. Pray that they will be a blessing to those they interact with and that they will find joy in their work each day.

  • Wednesday, January 28
    Kimberly Baker is finance manager in MAF’s Lesotho program. Please pray for her as she wraps up a furlough and returns to Africa. Learn more about her life and ministry, visit https://www.maf.org/baker.
  • Thursday, January 29
    Please pray for MAF’s leaders as they battle health issues and other forms of spiritual warfare.
  • Friday, January 30
    Ask the Lord to equip MAF staff with the armor of God so that they will be able to stand firm and experience “the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.”
  • Saturday, January 31
    Please lift up the four new missionary families that just finished candidacy class at MAF headquarters in Nampa, Idaho. Ask the Lord to bless and encourage them as they seek partners to pray for them and financially support their ministry.
  • Sunday, February 1
    Brian and Pam Behal have served with MAF since 1993. Brian has filled many roles, including pilot/mechanic, researcher, and information technology staff. The Behals currently reside in Virginia where Brian serves as MAF recruiter for the southeastern part of the U.S., making connections with future missionaries.
