Donor Relations Director, Major Donors

This role contacts, cultivates, and solicits gifts from donors and prospective donors so that the mission and ministry of MAF may be supported financially, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed, and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Donor Relations Director, Mid-Level

This role contacts and cultivates mid-level donors to help solicit gifts, retain and decrease attrition and help increase the revenue per donor, and accelerate the movement of mid-level donors to major donors so that the mission and ministry of MAF may be supported financially, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Administrative Assistant, People 

This role provides admin support to the CPO and Candidate Development Director. Responsibilities include liaising between the ELT and their management teams, working with international candidates as they prepare to serve with MAF, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts and overseeing special projects. Provides and leads support with professionalism as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed, and God’s Kingdom is extended.

IT Support Specialist

This role provides customer support for computer hardware, software, and other related technologies.

Mobilizer

This role seeks to actively mobilize qualified Career Staff, Short-Term Staff, and Short-Term Volunteers to meet MAF’s personnel needs, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Maintenance Specialist

Safely maintains MAF aircraft by carrying out specified inspections, performing minor and major repairs and alteration along with other duties as assigned by the Country Director/Program Director or other appropriate director, as applicable, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.
