Business Analyst, CRM & Salesforce

Using digital automation and actionable data intelligence, a Business Analyst forges partnerships with functional groups, acting as a technology catalyst to strengthen organizational unity and enhance the delivery of help, hope, and healing through aviation, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Planned Giving Administrator

To develop and implement plans for promoting and securing planned gifts, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed, and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in spreading our message and furthering our mission through various social media platforms. This position offers the opportunity to use your creative and marketing skills to build community and to connect with a global audience while promoting the mission and vision as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Events Manager

This position provides leadership, vision, planning, and oversight of events. Plans, coordinates, and implements various events, on-site and off-site; organizes and manages the execution of same.

Chief People Officer

The Chief People Officer serves on the Executive Leadership Team and leads the organization’s People group, which includes HR & Benefits, Mobilization & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Member Care, and Volunteers. The CPO plays a vital part in MAF’s ministry which seeks to impact isolated people in developing parts of the world with the gospel and transportation support to address core needs like healthcare, education, disaster relief, food, and clean water.

Maintenance Specialist

Safely maintains MAF aircraft by carrying out specified inspections, performing minor and major repairs and alteration along with other duties as assigned by the Country Director/Program Director or other appropriate director, as applicable, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.
