Mail Clerk

The Mail Clerk ensures the consistent and efficient mail flow for the organization’s global operations using complex mail equipment and related technology in a way that carries our MAF’s purposes.

Donor Relations Director

The Donor Relations Director is responsible for managing a portfolio of foundations to enhance engagement and develop relationships, focusing on major gifts and customized funding proposals. Conducts personal visits to foundations and articulates ministry opportunities in alignment with strategic priorities.

Donor Funds Processor II

This Donor Funds Processor provides accurate gift processing, posting of ministry contributions, printing of gift receipts, and management of constituent records as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing day-to-day accounts payable needs of the organization, including purchase orders, vendor invoice processing, and payments. The functions of this role are guided by precedent and operate within the limits of established policies, processes, guidelines, and best practices of MAF, as an essential part of the work of MAF, so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Business Analyst III

Using digital automation and actionable data intelligence, a Business Analyst forges partnerships with functional groups, acting as a technology catalyst to strengthen organizational unity and enhance the delivery of help, hope, and healing through aviation as an essential part of the work of MAF, so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Digital Experience Specialist

This Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing MAF’s digital properties with a strong emphasis on front-end execution and digital Growth and Digital Experience support. The position works closely with the Digital Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure websites, emails, and digital campaigns are technically sound, brand-aligned, and delivered on time, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Ministry Partnership Coach

The Ministry Partnership Coach trains, supervises, and supports staff in developing and sustaining their ministry support teams. This role oversees deputation strategy, coaches pre-field and active staff toward funding goals, and strengthens long-term financial readiness so ministry personnel can serve effectively in advancing MAF’s mission.

Quality Management Specialist

The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing a Quality Management System that emphasizes organizational efficiency, continuous quality improvement, and meeting customer expectations for company products and services, as an essential part of MAF’s work to proclaim the Gospel and extend God’s Kingdom.
