HR Assistant

The HR Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the US Human Resources department, ensuring efficient execution of core HR functions. Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding processes, legal compliance, and administering HR systems.

Volunteer Coordinator – 30 hours/week

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the high impact volunteer program by recruiting, onboarding, and recognizing volunteers. Ensures volunteers are effectively engaged, supported, and aligned with organizational objectives while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive volunteer experience.

Safety and Quality Assistant

Safety and Quality Assistant is responsible for providing vital office support within the unit, focusing on administrative and document control duties essential to its operations. This role contributes significantly to efficient processes and effective communication, ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks and the maintenance of meticulous document management systems.

Department Manager, Office Services

The Department Manager, Office Services is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the functions within Office Services to ensure seamless operations. This role focuses on maintaining efficient methods for mailing and managing vendor relationships to optimize cost savings and service quality.

Teen TCK Specialist, Part Time (20 hrs/week)

This role intentionally seeks out and disciples MAF Forge Harbour TCKs (Third Culture Kids); and provides resources and support for TCKs and their families. This will bring resiliency to MAF families as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed, and God’s Kingdom is extended.
