Administrative Assistant, Advancement Services & Church Engagement

This role provides administrative support to Advancement Services and Church Engagement priorities and other departments within Advancement Services Division, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Administrative Assistant, People Care & Employee Relations – 20 hours/week

The People Care & Employee Relations Administrative Assistant provides high-quality administrative coordination, and operational support to the Director of People Care and Relations, the People Care team, and the Employee Relations team. Helps ensure the smooth, organized, and confidential functioning of both departments by supporting scheduling, communication, documentation, engagement activities, and internal coordination efforts.

Administrative Assistant, Ministry Partnership

The Ministry Partnership Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination and production of materials that uphold brand standards, managing interfaces with Donor Services, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of ministry activities.

Donor Relations Director

The Donor Relations Director is responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors and foundations to enhance engagement and develop relationships, focusing on major gifts and customized funding proposals. Conducts personal visits to major dononrs and foundations and articulates ministry opportunities in alignment with strategic priorities.

Quality Management Specialist

The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing a Quality Management System that emphasizes organizational efficiency, continuous quality improvement, and meeting customer expectations for company products and services, as an essential part of MAF’s work to proclaim the Gospel and extend God’s Kingdom.
