People Care Specialist (20 hrs/week)

To encourage, equip, and empower MAF field staff to flourish in life and service within MAF. To promote spiritually healthy individuals and communities as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Outreach Coordinator

The Outreach Coordinator advances Mission Aviation Fellowship’s (MAF) talent acquisition efforts by coordinating and maximizing outreach opportunities where MAF can engage potential missionary candidates – aviation professionals, students, church members, and other audiences – with the opportunity to serve with MAF.

Director, Strategic Philanthropy & Campaign Advancement

This role is responsible for leading MAF’s major gifts, foundation relations, planned giving, and capital campaign efforts, overseeing a team that secures a significant portion of the organization’s philanthropic revenue. The develop relationships with high-capacity donors, foundations, and key stakeholders while coaching and supporting team members in cultivating transformational philanthropic partnerships.

Safety and Quality Assistant

Safety and Quality Assistant is responsible for providing vital office support within the unit, focusing on administrative and document control duties essential to its operations. This role contributes significantly to efficient processes and effective communication, ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks and the maintenance of meticulous document management systems.

TCK Specialist

This role intentionally seeks out and disciples MAF TCKs (Third Culture Kids) ages 4 and up and specifically leads the teen program, Forge Harbour, and provides resources and support for TCKs and their families. This will bring resiliency to MAF families as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.
