Receptionist

The receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls efficiently as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

People Care Specialist

The People Care Specialist exists to encourage, equip, and empower MAF field staff to flourish in life and service within MAF, and to promote spiritually healthy individuals and communities as an essential part of MAF’s work to proclaim the Gospel and extend God’s Kingdom.

Quality Management Specialist

The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing a Quality Management System that emphasizes organizational efficiency, continuous quality improvement, and meeting customer expectations for company products and services, as an essential part of MAF’s work to proclaim the Gospel and extend God’s Kingdom.

Director, Donor Engagement

The Director of Donor Engagement is responsible for leading donor retention and engagement strategies for mass and mid-level donors, including newly acquired donors. This role owns the design and execution of donor journeys, ensuring every touchpoint fosters loyalty, deepens relationships, and increases lifetime value. Working closely with the Director of Growth & Digital Experience and the Director of Donor Relations & Strategic Giving, the Director ensures seamless transitions across the donor lifecycle and alignment with MAF’s mission, as an essential part of MAF’s work to proclaim the Gospel and extend God’s Kingdom.

Administrative Assistant, People Care, Part Time (20 hrs/week)

This role provides administrative support to the People Care department, as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed and God’s Kingdom is extended.

Teen TCK Specialist, Part Time (20 hrs/week)

This role intentionally seeks out and disciples MAF Forge Harbour TCKs (Third Culture Kids); and provides resources and support for TCKs and their families. This will bring resiliency to MAF families as an essential part of the work of MAF so that the Gospel is proclaimed, and God’s Kingdom is extended.
