Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, January 11

Thank God that knowing Him is understanding. It is so amazing that He has made a way for us to be wise by submitting to Him in reverent awe.

  • Tuesday, January 12

Pray for God’s direction and provision for young evangelical leaders who are receiving invitations this month to attend the third Lausanne Younger Leaders Gathering in August 2016. This strategic event will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Wednesday, January 13

Pray for Masai evangelists as they take God’s Word to the Masai people of Tanzania. Praise God for the MAF outreach flights that are making this possible.

  • Thursday, January 14

From MAF Safety & Quality division: Please pray for the daily, complex, operational decisions each aircraft loader, fueler, mechanic, scheduler, pilot, and others must make to keep MAF flight operations accident-free; we want those decisions to be wise and measured.

  • Friday, January 15

Lift up Conrad and Heidi Hertzler who serve the Lord in Mozambique as a pilot/mechanic family, along with their children, Alissa, Justin, and Kayla.

  • Saturday, January 16

Please pray for the MAF-US Advancement Services team who handles donations and donor management systems in Nampa, Idaho, that God’s desires will be clear to them as they put together their 2016 work plan.

  • Sunday, January 17

Ask God for traveling mercies and great photography opportunities for Mark and Kelly Hewes who are MAF’s field resource coordinators. They were recently in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, are currently in Lesotho, and then will be heading for Mozambique.
