  • Monday, September 4

    Lord God, on this Labor Day, we pause and examine the paths we have chosen. Show us the godly, ancient way where we can find rest for our souls. Enable us to walk in it and rely on You instead of ourselves.

  • Tuesday, September 5

    Hurricane Harvey has devastated many households and businesses and our hearts are heavy for the people of Texas. Pray for all who have been impacted. May they be drawn closer to God and their needs met in amazing ways.

  • Wednesday, September 6

    MAF board members will soon be preparing to journey to MAF headquarters in Idaho for semi-annual board meetings. Pray for God’s clear hand of guidance in their preparation, travels, and in the important decisions they will be making.

  • Thursday, September 7

    Lift up Dave and Joy Blomberg who have served with MAF for over 35 years. Dave is the director of Ministry Partnership, which helps train new staff members how to build a team of prayer and financial partners. Fun fact: two of the Blomberg’s sons are also MAF pilots! Joy is the director of the Information Technology team, which is responsible for the data and communications systems at MAF’s home office in Nampa, Idaho.

  • Friday, September 8

    Pray for our Asia Pacific Tech Team in Indonesia and three new staff members (and their families) who are working on raising support or doing language study in preparation for joining the team.

  • Saturday, September 9

    Lift up Tom and Julie Bolser who are a pilot/mechanic family in Papua, Indonesia. Until recently, Tom was flying the amphibious float plane and serving as base manager in Merauke. THe family just moved to Sentani, Papua, where Tom will be focusing on training MAF pilots.

  • Sunday, September 9

    August has been a quiet month for the MAF Kenya team. Please pray that flight requests increase as staff return from their home assignments.
