September 24 – 30, 2012

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary … They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.”
— Isaiah 40:28-31 (NIV 1984)

Priorities for Prayer

Mission Aviation Fellowship is grateful for the many friends who pray daily for this ministry. Thank you for your faithful intercession!

  • Monday, September 24
Please pray that Alas de Socorro, the MAF affiliate in Mexico, will receive permission from authorities to use already existing air strips.
  • Tuesday, September 25
Praise God for the many volunteers who support MAF and provide much vital service to the ministry. Pray that God will reward them with His many blessings.
  • Wednesday, September 26
Please pray for new pilots to join the MAF affiliate programs in Ecuador and Suriname.
  • Thursday, September 27
Remember to pray for MAF staff members who are in the process of learning a new language. Their ability to communicate with people they are serving is so important in sharing the Gospel.
  • Friday, September 28
Remember to pray for the MAF medical flights. Sometimes our planes transport doctors and medicines to the people. Other times they’re delivering a sick or injured person to a hospital.
  • Saturday, September 29
Pray that our Lord will provide needed mechanical support for our team serving in Central Asia.
  • Sunday, September 30
MAF’s Central Asia team is in need of more instructor mechanics. Let’s join them in prayer seeking God’s will and His grace to meet this important need.
