Papua Vision Trip 2025

- Presentation on MAF's ministry

DAY 5: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29

Pricing & Registration
Price: $6,000 per individual or $10,000 per couple. The pricing includes:
- Round-trip economy airfare from a major U.S. airport to Indonesia
- All MAF-related airfare during the trip
- Accommodations
- All meals during the trip and en route to/from Indonesia
- In-country transportation fees
- Entry visas and travel insurance
Not included in the price: Additions/changes to the standard program, airline seat upgrades, alcoholic beverages, room service, immunizations, souvenirs, excess baggage, or additional travel insurance.

Full payment will be due by July 31, 2025. Please make checks payable to MAF and send to: MAF, Attn: Mike Birdsong at PO Box 47, Nampa, ID 83653.
Cancellations: Cancellations are eligible for a full refund minus the $1,000 deposit and the cost of any non-refundable bookings that MAF has already made on your behalf, such as commercial airline tickets or hotel reservations.
Terms & Conditions
All vision trip participants must be in good physical and mental health, ambulatory, and fully able to participate in most trip activities. Anyone requiring assistance must be accompanied by an individual able and willing to provide the necessary support at all times. Wheelchairs are not readily available.
Minimum age of participant: 18 as of the date of travel.
Luggage: Limit of one suitcase and one carry-on per person. Porterage service is not included in the trip cost. Traveling light is highly recommended due to the number of MAF flights where weight is limited.
Itinerary changes and flexibility: MAF pledges to make every effort to carry out all trips as planned. However, travel in the developing world is often full of surprises, requiring flexibility and adaptability. As such, itineraries may change, and participants must be prepared to make adjustments to schedules, accommodations, or activities.
General conditions and responsibility: MAF shall at no time be liable or responsible in any way for any loss, injury, or damage caused or arising in connection with transportation, accommodation, services, or products provided through MAF or as a result of acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or circumstance beyond our control. Participants will also be required to sign MAF policy documents pertaining to Child Safeguarding, Personal Safety and Security Informed Consent, Overseas Burial Informed Consent, and other documents deemed necessary by MAF leadership.
