“I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me trustworthy, appointing me to his service.” — 1 Timothy 1:12 (NIV)

Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, March 17
Pray for the MAF aviation resources group at ministry headquarters in Nampa, Idaho, as they support missionary teams around the world. They provide many types of critical assistance.
  • Tuesday, March 18
Please pray for MAF missionary families who are ready and anxious to serve the Lord overseas, but are having to wait for extended periods of time until their visas are granted. Ask the Lord to speed up that process.
  • Wednesday, March 19
Join with us as we pray for David Holsten as he assumes the role of Regional Director for MAF in Indonesia. His new job will require a considerable amount of travel to the various bases scattered around this large country. Pray for the family as well. Learn more about their ministry at www.maf.org/holsten.
  • Thursday, March 20
Thank God today for the communication tools MAF uses to support missionary work in remote areas of the world.
  • Friday, March 21
We just heard a report of five tons of Bibles that MAF transported in Indonesia. Pray that God’s Holy Word will lead to many decision for Christ and help believers to grow in their faith.
  • Saturday, March 22
Praise God today for the wonderful privilege MAF had in 2013 to provide biblical resources to 1,007 pastors in isolated places. Ask God to bless them as they minister.
  • Sunday, March 23
Malaria is a frequent companion to missionaries ministering in remote tropical areas. Ask the Lord to protect them, and if needed, to provide a healing touch.
