Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, December 12

In the busyness of the holiday season, may we pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, fleeing evil and praying together with pure hearts to God, our loving Heavenly Father.

  • Tuesday, December 13

MAF flew 1,000 pounds of rice to a Kalimantan village experiencing famine recently and was able to medevac a patient out of the same village. Additionally, a concerned aunt sent 10 kg of rice for her orphaned nephew who is attending school in a small jungle town. Praise God that MAF can meet needs and touch Indonesian lives in this way.

  • Wednesday, December 14

The MAF families in Merauke, Papua, got together for Thanksgiving and enjoyed good food, friendship, lots of laughter, and playing Pray for the on-going training for the national staff on the MAF Africa tech team. Pray that as they are equipped to provide services, they will also reflect Christ-like attitudes and relationships.

  • Thursday, December 15

Lift up Grady and Holly Nace who are both pilots and just starting their ministry with MAF in Mozambique, Africa. Pray for them as they adjust to their new life overseas and raising their two boys as well. See their December prayer letter for other prayer needs.

  • Friday, December 16

Pray for the MAF Corporate Training team to hire the right person as a content developer to document and expand ground crew training for nationals, create job aids, and build online training courses.

  • Saturday, December 17

Lift up Peter and Joy Neal who serve with MAF in Kalimantan, Indonesia as a pilot/mechanic family. They praise God for His grace and loving care as they transitioned back to their Borneo assignment.

  • Sunday, December 18

Thank God that He has blessed MAF with faithful prayer warriors, generous donors, and dedicated staff who are willing to serve around the world to meet critical needs.
