Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, December 19

    Pray that MAF families will be sensitive to opportunities from God to point the way to Jesus, the One who holds eternal life.

  • Tuesday, December 20

    Pray for MAF Liberia as they look to set up a new hangar at the airport in Monrovia.

  • Wednesday, December 21

    Give thanks that, after 4 years, the MAF base at Telefomin, Papua New Guinea, has staff. Local communities are delighted! Please pray that their work is sustainable.

  • Thursday, December 22

    Lift up Phil and Kris Nelson who are serving with MAF in Nampa, ID, after 20 years in Papua, Indonesia. Phil is an aircraft maintenance instructor in the Training department at MAF headquarters, where he evaluates and prepares MAF mechanics. Kris is working as an educational therapist.

  • Friday, December 23

    Praise God for another year of safety in flight for MAF in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

  • Saturday, December 24

    Lift up Garth and Jody Pederson who serve with MAF in West Congo (western DRC) as a pilot/mechanic family. Pray for peace and stability in Congo during this time of uncertainty.

  • Sunday, December 25

    Baby Jesus—Emmanuel, God with us—entered humanity in such a humble and vunerable way.The Christ of Christmas came to make a way for us to live with Him for eternity. Receive and thank Him today.
