Thank You, Abba Father, that we are safe when we take refuge in You. Reign over us as Lord. Nothing makes sense without You, and in Your presence is delightful and everlasting joy. (Adapted from Psalm 16:1, 11)

Please pray for a gunshot victim in Lesotho and for the MAF chaplain, Sefiri, who has been visiting him at the hospital and sharing about true peace and forgiveness found in Christ. Sefiri wants to help this man reconcile with the families he’s harmed. The man has many enemies who are waiting to kill him when he returns to his village. May Christ’s peace reign in this situation and in these relationships. (This story will be in the upcoming MAF FlightWatch.)

MAF continues to have a big need for more pilots and mechanics. Pray that God will send willing workers with all the qualifications required plus a heart to serve.

  • Thursday, June 15

There are several MAF staff in Mongolia who are learning either English or Mongolian. Pray that the language lessons would be profitable and that they would make good progress in understanding and speaking the language that is being studied.

Pray for the work of partner organization Cush4Christ that recently visited Malualkon, South Sudan. Their vision is to proclaim the Gospel to people who are among the descendants of the ancient people of Cush.

Lift up Will and Julie White who have served with MAF since 1996. Will is a pilot/mechanic who has also been the Haiti program flight scheduler, disaster relief coordinator and chief pilot. Julie’s ministry has revolved around keeping the family grounded as she cares for Will and their two children. Currently they are serving at MAF headquarters in Nampa, Idaho. Will readies aircraft for service around the world.
