Our technology resources help indigenous church leaders and evangelists living in remote areas who are passionate about reaching others with the good news of Jesus Christ. By creating digital solutions like VSATs, private VPNs, the Android app Estante, and course creation software Lumin, MAF’s technology opens doors for isolated people to be reached with the love of Jesus Christ.
Here are a few specific ways you can pray:
- Lift up the team that will be attending the Urbana missions conference at the end December. Pray that they are able to complete a simulator to be used at the booth, and that tech students will be drawn to MAF and learn how they can apply their skills to missions.
- Pray for us as we strive to become a Virtual Network Operator in countries where we install and maintain VSATs. This will allow us to provide an even more reliable and secure internet connectivity to missions based in very remote areas, increase volume, and continue maintenance of the systems we have in place.
- Remember our “Bible Box” projects: the distribution of digital resources on thumb drives for isolated pastors. Pray that the right people get the right materials.
