Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, March 9
Josfrison, one of the MAF hangar helpers in Kalimantan, fell off the roof of his house and broke both arms. He’s been undergoing surgeries. Please pray for a quick and complete recovery.
  • Tuesday, March 10
Pray for the MAF team in Papua, Indonesia, where MAF has five bases (Sentani, Wamena, Nabire, Merauke, Timika), 36 expat staff and 80 Papuan staff operating 10 airplanes.
  • Wednesday, March 11
Pray for safety in MAF’s daily operations. We work in an environment that is very demanding and we thank the Lord for His protection over us.
  • Thursday, March 12
The MAF-US Board of Directors meets today and tomorrow. Pray for wisdom and guidance in decision making.
  • Friday, March 13
Give thanks for a successful workshop in Colombia, where MAF provided training to pastors who cannot attend seminary.
  • Saturday, March 14
In some parts of the world, MAF has been experiencing delays in receiving visas, which means our staff must wait for months before they can begin their work overseas. Pray that visa issues will be resolved so MAF can serve most effectively.
  • Sunday, March 15
Please pray for the MozMed flying doctor service as they provide healthcare to remote parts of Mozambique. These doctors and nurses are the only healthcare providers in the Gurue area.
