Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so God can heal you. When a believing person prays, great things happen.
-James 5:16 (NCV)

Monday, May 20
Give us a heart, Lord God, for confessing our sins to one another and praying for each other. It seems that failing to do these things blocks Your healing in our lives. How sobering.

Tuesday, May 21
Pray for the MAF Kalimantan team in Indonesia as they will be short staffed this summer. Please pray for daily wisdom and that they won’t rely on their own strength.

Wednesday, May 22
Today MAF pauses from its normal activities around the world and gathers together for a focused time of prayer and fellowship. Please pray with us that this would be a pivotal time for MAF as we delight in God’s presence.

Thursday, May 23
Lift up Tim and Kay Dyk, who have served with MAF since 1982. Their overseas ministry was in Kinshasa, Zaire (now known as Democratic Republic of Congo). Currently Tim serves in the radio/avionics department at MAF’s headquarters, supporting the electronic needs of all overseas locations. Kay works as MAF’s front desk receptionist. Pray for Tim (and Kay) as Tim travels again to Kalimantan, Indonesia, in April to perform certification checks on the MAF fleet there.

Friday, May 24
The East DRC team (Democratic Republic of the Congo) is short staffed. They have two couples in language school. Pray for more pilots so that they can meet the needs of the community. Pray also for their maintenance specialists who are working hard in Uganda.

Saturday, May 25
Lift up Rodney and Tammi Dyrud, an aviation maintenance specialist family who returned to the States in 2012 to address some medical issues. Currently, Rodney serves at MAF headquarters in Purchasing Services, making sure MAF teams get the aviation parts they need. Tammi is homeschooling their children. Pray for God’s wisdom and grace in their lives.

Sunday, May 26
Pray for the Nampa Tech team as they experience a lot of change and transition over the upcoming months. Pray for unity for the team and submission to God’s will for their department.
