November 7 – November 13, 2016

Come close to the one true God, and He will draw close to you. Wash your hands; you have dirtied them in sin. Cleanse your heart, because your mind is split down the middle, your love for God on one side and selfish pursuits on the other.
—James 4:8 (VOICE)

Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, November 7

We as Christ-followers are participating in His unshakable kingdom! Give praise and heartfelt thanks to the Grace Giver for making this possible for us.

  • Tuesday, November 8

Praise God for the young people interested in MAF and pursuing training to become an MAF pilot, mechanic, IT specialist, or school teacher.

  • Wednesday, November 9

Pray for wisdom, clarity, and grace for MAF’s Ministry Awareness team. They’re involved with MAF events, church partnerships, volunteers, and advocates.

  • Thursday, November 10

Many churches in Singapore are large and rich enough to directly send their own missionaries, which gives them a sense of engagement, ownership and excitement. Pray that churches will be open to exposing their members to MAF’s unique ministry.

  • Friday, November 11

Please pray for the inspection of MAF Mozambique’s Caravan coming up in November. The team is thankful that Phil Nelson from HQ will be coming for two weeks to help with that.

  • Saturday,November 12

Lift up Steve and Ann Marx who have served with MAF for more than 40 years in Honduras, Ecuador, and the US, working in aviation, finances, and administration. Currently Steve works in the Purchasing Department at Nampa headquarters, keeping the MAF worldwide fleet supplied with parts.

  • Sunday,November 13

Pray for safety of relief workers and teams delivering aid in Haiti. Pray also for unity and good coordination amongst the various groups working in Haiti.
