The MAF team in Kalimantan, Indonesia is comprised of 16 missionary families and 18 local staff ministering with seven airplanes from bases in the towns of Tarakan and Palangkaraya. Please pray for the team as they work to share the Gospel and make life better in remote areas of Indonesia. - Tuesday, October 14
It’s smoky season in Palangkaraya. Pray for health and safety of the MAF staff there as they live and work in the smoky air. Pray also for rain! - Wednesday, October 15
Please lift up Dan and Tracey Whitehead who serve with MAF in Quito, Ecuador. Dan is MAF’s regional director for Latin America. The Whiteheads have been in Ecuador since 2005, and previously served with MAF in Venezuela and Nicaragua. Learn more about their ministry. - Thursday, October 16
Please pray for MAF staff who are working on budgets and ministry plans for 2015. - Friday, October 17
Praise God for the reopening of Udier airstrip in South Sudan, where MAF International works. MAFI can now provide service to the Medair staff working there. This represents many blessings to people in need. - Saturday, October 18
Pray that God’s Word will be known and accepted by the Basotho people who live in remote areas of Lesotho. - Sunday, October 19
Mark and Glee Williams live and serve in Texas, where Mark is an MAF recruiter. The couple previously spent 20 years with MAF in Haiti. Thank you for praying for this family.
