Priorities for Prayer

  • Monday, October 26

Haitian elections are to be held now, with more elections in late December. Pray for peace and the Lord’s direction in the government of Haiti.

  • Tuesday, October 27

Praise God for answered prayer for Dave and Steve in Mozambique who passed their maintenance validation test in Maputo last week. Thank you to those who prayed!

  • Wednesday, October 28

Please lift up the entire MAF family as we pause from our normal work routines around the world to pray corporately during our semi-annual Day of Prayer today.

  • Thursday, October 29

Pray for Pete and Ashley Greenwald and their two sons, ministering in Papua, Indonesia. As an MAF pilot and mechanic, Pete transports those involved in missions, evangelism, Bible translation, and the national church. The Greenwalds have been with MAF for four years.

  • Friday, October 30

Please pray to the Lord for rain to clear the smoky skies over Papua and Kalimantan, Indonesia. Cancelled flights, increased health risks, and drought all currently impact these regions.

  • Saturday, October 31

The ADSE (Alas de Socorro del Ecuador) staff have been going out monthly for several years now to a people group called the Sapara. Please pray that God would continue to allow doors to be open in this area and that more of the Sapara people would put their faith in Jesus.

  • Sunday, November 1

The growing program in Suriname needs qualified maintenance staff as well and more pilot. Pray that the Lord will provide the needed staff in His perfect timing.
