October 29 – November 4, 2012

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
— Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV 1984)

Priorities for Prayer

Mission Aviation Fellowship is grateful for the many friends who pray daily for this ministry. Thank you for your faithful intercession!

  • Monday, October 29
Pray for the two MAF families serving in East Asia, as well as the two families who are planning to join the team this next year. Pray that the Lord will provide their needed financial support.
  • Tuesday, October 30
Lift up the leaders of MAF as they often are asked to make critical decisions. Ask the Lord to give them wisdom, understanding, and the discernment to know what God’s will is for the ministry.
  • Wednesday, October 31
Please pray that the Lord will provide the funds needed to purchase two engines for a King Air Twin Turboprop that MAF uses in a restricted access country. This aircraft is a valuable asset in service to people in isolated locations.
  • Thursday, November 1
Please lift up two missionary couples that have just retired after many years of faithful and productive service. May they experience joy of hearing “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”
  • Friday, November 2
Remember to pray for the brand new missionary families that are heading out to begin their overseas service with MAF.
  • Saturday, November 3
Pray for the Alas de Socorro Mexico team as they seek permits for their airstrips and permission to build a new office and a new hangar.
  • Sunday, November 4
Include MAF Canada in your prayers as they seek to provide more direct and affordable access to and between First Nations communities in north central Canada.
